We Are Cuatr8chos
We are Eugenia and Jesús, better known in the business as Geni and Maño.
We have spent over 25 years working in the performing arts, both on stage and behind it: as actors, dancers, choreographers and show coordinators. In 2016 we founded Cuatr8chos to create our own shows.
We have turned our passion into our work, which is why we like to take care of every detail of what we do.
Eugenia Sánchez “Geni”
Executive Production / Artist Coordination / Stage Management
"With over 25 years of experience in the performing arts, my career has moved from dancing in major productions such as Grease and Chicago to technical and operational management backstage. That dual perspective lets me understand art from the heart and deliver it with the precision that high-level production demands.
After years as Manager of the Teatre Apolo in Barcelona and coordinating international events in cities such as Rome, I have specialised in turning creative ideas into flawless logistics. My passion is looking after every detail, from pre-production to costume design, so the artist shines and the audience has an unforgettable experience.
At Cuatr8chos, I bring the structure, the order and the big-picture view that any project needs, however complex, to become a solid, professional reality."
Jesús Llorente “Maño”
Artistic Direction / Choreography / Stage Management
"I first stepped on stage in 1995 for Antena 3, and since then the profession has taken me across Spain and around the world as a dancer on the most iconic TV shows, leading musicals and tours with artists such as Thalía, Paulina Rubio and David Bustamante, among many other names that have shaped my career. I was also part of the dance company that represented Spain at Eurovision 2005.
Later, my curiosity took me beyond the dance steps: from choreography I moved into artistic direction, and from there into stage management on the most ambitious formats of the moment. I have led stage management on major events such as La Velada del Año and on high-pressure TV sets such as Operación Triunfo 2025.
Today, having been both under the spotlight and behind it, I understand how a show works from every angle: artistic and technical. At Cuatr8chos, I use that concentrated know-how to know exactly how and when the magic should happen. My goal is for the show to make perfect sense, so that you, as the client, only have to enjoy it."
Creativity and control living side by side in the same project.
While one of us imagines and pushes the stage language,
the other organises, looks after and supports every decision.
That is how we work. That is how Cuatr8chos is built.
