Stage management for live events and shows
Stage management coordination, stage management and broadcast floor management for production companies, agencies and event organisers. From the Santiago Bernabéu to La Cartuja, from Estadio BBVA in Monterrey to Paris La Défense Arena: stadiums, arenas, galas and international competitions, across Spain and beyond.
What we offer
Stage management coordination and teams
We select the stage managers, build the team around the project and assign roles. We run the briefing and prepare local teams when the event takes place abroad.
Stage management
We coordinate artists, hosts, participants and speakers: rehearsals, entrances, exits, changeovers and transitions, following the running order together with production, direction, the TV director and the technical departments.
Broadcast floor management
At televised galas and events, we coordinate hosts, award winners and presenters with the director and the control room, so every entrance lands on time and on camera.
Who leads it
Jesús Llorente «Maño»
In stage management since 2009, he now works as head stage manager in stadiums, arenas, galas and international competitions. His strength is combining a stage eye with live technical and team coordination.
“These years have taught me to measure timings, foresee everyone’s moves and read people and teams. Live, you need a cool head and quick solutions: the secret is always to stay one step ahead.”

Teams built for each project
One stage manager embedded in your production, or a full team. We choose the professionals according to the format, the venue and the number of artists, and coordinate them from start to finish. At La Velada del Año, the team grew from four to six stage managers from one edition to the next.
And if you also need the show, we create it and run it live: Cuatr8chos handles both the artistic side and the stage management, with a single point of contact.
Have a production underway?
Tell us the format, the date, the venue and what you need, and we’ll propose the team.
